Supreme Court: Paroline v. United States (Amicus curiae brief)

In this amicus curiae brief, the Rapporteur argues that victims have a right to adequate compensation from persons convicted of possession of child pornography. For this right to be effective, the Supreme Court should affirm the decision of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in the case Paroline v. United States.
