Dutch Rapporteur. On solid ground. Tackling sexual violence against children. 2014

In this report the Dutch Rapporteur maps and analyses the policy and practice in tackling sexual violence against children in the Netherlands. One of the conclusions is that the existing thresholds to disclose and to identify sexual violence, to report it to the authorities and to file a formal complaint to the police, are too high.
